Sent in a pair of leather shoes to be resoled. The original soles were leather soles, but I got them re done with modern materials, which was also the recommendation of the staff for better grip. They came back beautifully done, with obvious care taken to match the new soles to the original style of the shoe.
The shop take a bit of finding with their new location, but I'd say it's well worth the effort.
